10-hour Coaching Package

Service Description

If you opt for a coaching package, we will work together more profoundly over a longer period of time, allowing you to address one or more areas where you would like to bring about lasting change. My methodology includes bespoke homework next to an array of exercises, assignments, models, assessments tailored to your preferences and goals. I am committed to facilitating your change and supporting you in your development provided you take accountability and personal ownership. As for the frequency of the sessions, you might need more sessions at the beginning and spread the rest over a longer period of time. Or you may want to set a fixed time every week for a few months to focus on one or more aspects to ensure consistency. You can also see as you go and book sessions according to your immediate needs. Anything is possible. I will share my recommendations with you based on my experience.
