Why do I do what I do

The best part of my work as a Coach is seeing someone go beyond their perceived limitations by conquering a new challenge or achieving a new goal. Those aha moments are so insightful and rewarding for my Clients that they have them work towards their true purpose with enthusiasm and confidence.

I am Lucy, a certified Systemic Coach and Intercultural Facilitator. My all-round life experience has been my best training. Due to my international path, I have gone through numerous transitions and thus can relate to many of my clients’ goals and challenges. I have made friends with ambiguity and I love helping people embrace change and inspire them to take the first step to becoming the best version of themselves.

Apart from high adaptability and empathy, my strengths lie in individualisation thanks to which I am able to identify and foster people’s unique potential.

I am looking forward to maximising on your strengths and unlocking your true potential so that you can find the space to realise your projects.

My career path

I am a professional Learning and Development consultant with 15 years of experience in academia, personal development, facilitation and talent management.

Before starting my own Coaching practice, I held several roles in large-scale commercial businesses. This included my positions as a European Talent Development Manager at PageGroup in Barcelona, where I was responsible for the design and implementation of management and team learning roadmaps.

Before that I worked as a Senior Learning & Development Partner at SThree in Frankfurt, accountable for sales and management learning initiatives to ensure profit and excellence in performance. Prior to that I was a Lecturer at the University of Technology in Brunswick, Germany where I taught at the faculty of humanities and education. Previous to that, I held customer experience and sales roles at Bosch in Liverpool and at Harley-Davidson in London.

I now work globally with people from all walks of life accompanying their transformations and designing development programmes.

My qualifications include certification in Systemic Coaching (Cologne), accreditation in Performance Consulting (London), Master’s degree in Cross-Cultural Communication for International Business from London University and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Gdansk University. I am also a certified Style & Image Consultant (MA in Assessment of Image & Personal Shopper, Barcelona).

As well as being trained in a range of development tools, I am a passionate runner and a yoga practitioner. All this knowledge and expertise help me to advise clients on the more internal and personal aspects of talent development such as mindfulness, well-being and emotional intelligence.

In all elements of my work, I aim to help individuals, teams and organisations maximise their true potential and improve their performance.
