How long is long enough to hope for things to change...

Every time I have a trial coaching session I ask a lot of questions as well as take a lot of notes... What follows below is an account of a discovery coaching session based on the notes I was taking...

Have a read and draw your own conclusions...

“Thanks a lot, Lucy I got out so much from this call I need help with my imposter syndrome Not speaking up in meetings My waiting instead of doing I’ll think about it and let you know… . I have to see If I’m already so miserable... If my situation is already so extreme to get help . I’m hoping things will get better . You know home office isn’t perfect I’m not consistent in my routines I’m not moving much I have cardiac problems and if I don't do anything about it come summer I'll get VERY worried... . . . I’m waiting for the situation to change But it’s true to say that I’ve already been waiting for a year and a half..." . . . HOW LONG IS LONG ENOUGH to wait and hope for things to change?

What’s the threshold? When is a situation extreme, miserable, hopeless enough to acknowledge that waiting and hoping will not change it...

Only you can...

What have you been postponing? What have you been fearing? What is at stake if you continue procrastinating?

If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got. You need to take change the course of action if you want to achieve different results.

If you need help breaking the waiting habit or doing the same old and not getting the outcome you wish, book your complimentary trial session and let's get you back on track!

Can't wait to meet you!
